Shadows

Shadows is a collection of paintings, drawings, and memories from the last 10 years of my life.

Through art, I began to notice the quieter parts of myself, the feelings, memories, questions, and pieces of my life that I did not always know how to name. This book is about learning to see those parts with more understanding, tenderness, and love.

I hope that somewhere in my shadows, you might recognize a little of your own.
