Artist Statement
Relocating back to Canada has been challenging. Harder than moving to Seattle. Harder than moving to San Francisco, and harder than moving to Kelowna the first time. Today and nowadays I notice how I’m feeling worn down by the pandemic and the change. Naturally, possibly. I’ve been looking for a feeling of stability. Stability and support that I got from a workplace. A place where I can physically go to everyday to feel like I belonged. I’m grateful for the connections at work via zoom, so thankful. Away from zoom and back to my physical space I’m back in where I am, surrounded by the mountains…
