Happy Sunday!  The sun is shining in K-town, and despite feeling a little woozy this morning I made it out to the gym and now I’m just about to go to Hot Yoga.  WORD. Must get in shape for Bermuda in a few weeks – Woot!  Went out with the gang last night and I just love our nights out.  I couldn’t have asked for better friends in such a beautiful place.  We laugh together, and hang out away and at work. It’s like we’re in University all over again – woot.

Today’s drawing is of Gwen Stephani. This is her featured on a newer ad for L’Oreal Paris.  “Because you’re worth it” – is what they say.  I wished I was worth it so I could have lashes like THAT! Just kidding.

Oh hello there Spring! I’m so glad that you’re here.  One hand in the pocket and a beautiful dress is all I need. Oh, and yes my tinted sunglasses help render the sun even more beautiful. Yay to Spring!

Things that move me in April.

• The Hunger Games (if you haven’t seen it already – you should)
• The girls – so excited to see them back in Toronto (… just 15 more sleeps!)
• Wanderlust (planning a trip to Whistler in July with the gang – can’t wait)
• The lake (went for an extensive bike ride on the weekend and just fell in love with the lake all over again)

It’s been a while since I posted. Did life get too busy or did I get too busy?  I remember in university when my prof would always call me ms. mellow-dramatic.  I used to hate that part of myself, but now I really don’t give a f*ck.  It’s true when they say that you’ll reach a point where you stop caring and just start being who you are.
